Principal Workday Financials Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Workday Financials Consultant based in the United States.

This is a senior consulting role focused on designing and delivering sophisticated Workday Financials solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand complex financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into scalable configurations.
The role combines functional expertise, solution architecture, client advisory, and hands-on implementation leadership.
You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
The position offers exposure to multiple financial processes, including accounting, procurement, banking, cash management, projects, expenses, and customer and supplier accounts.
As a principal-level consultant, you will also influence delivery strategy, mentor peers, support sales opportunities, and contribute to innovation across consulting engagements.
