Web Designer - Remote

This is a remote position posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. As a Web Designer, you will craft engaging web experiences across various platforms including the marketing site and learning tools. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, design visually stunning and functional web components, and leverage motion design to create immersive interactions.

Accountabilities

• Support web design needs across marketing site and Help Center.
• Animate creative assets using Rive or similar tools.
• Design scroll-driven experiences and component interactions.
• Create motion briefs for external contractors.
• Build CMS-ready components and maintain design libraries.
• Co-own the evolution of the web motion system.
• Ensure accessibility and performance compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering on design implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma and its advanced features.
• Experience with Rive or creating motion assets.
• Strong visual craft skills including typography and composition.
• Ability to conceptualize animation in product storytelling.
• Understanding of web design standards and reduced-motion defaults.
• Organizational skills for documentation and design specs.
• Collaborative work ethic across disciplines.
