About the Web Designer Remote Role

Accountabilities
- Support web design needs across the marketing site and Help Center.
- Animate creative assets using Rive or similar tools.
- Design scroll-driven experiences and component interactions.
- Create motion briefs for external contractors.
- Build CMS-ready components and maintain design libraries.
- Co-own the evolution of the web motion system.
- Ensure accessibility and performance compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering on design implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Figma and its advanced features.
- Experience with Rive or creating motion assets.
- Strong visual craft skills including typography and composition.
- Ability to conceptualize animation in product storytelling.
- Understanding of web design standards and reduced-motion defaults.
- Organizational skills for documentation and design specs.
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
