The role serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership, translating business strategy into financial plans, insights, and measurable outcomes.
You will lead FP&A, strategic finance, performance management, and business analytics while strengthening enterprise-wide financial visibility.
Working across Operations, Clinical, Growth, Accounting, Actuarial, and Business Development, you will guide disciplined resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
You will also engage with executives, Board members, investors, and lenders on financial performance, capital strategy, and growth initiatives.
As the organization scales, you will build high-performing teams, strengthen processes and systems, and develop capabilities that support increasingly complex operations.
