Vice President, Engineering

This is a senior technology leadership role focused on shaping technical strategy across a core data platform and an expanding portfolio of AI products.
You will define architecture, engineering practices, and long-term roadmaps while remaining close enough to execution to guide critical technical decisions.
As a player-coach, you will balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in systems, delivery, and complex technical challenges.
You will lead a growing, cross-functional organization spanning engineering, product, data, and AI, while attracting and developing exceptional technical talent.
The role offers significant influence over the transition toward AI-centric products, tooling, workflows, and development practices.
You will also serve as a senior technical voice with customers, partners, industry peers, and the broader technology community.
