As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex programs spanning hardware, software, manufacturing, testing, and deployment for advanced autonomous systems. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams to turn technical plans into reliable, production-ready products. The role combines strategic program ownership with deep technical understanding, enabling you to identify dependencies, remove roadblocks, and improve development processes. You’ll help drive robot upgrades, new product initiatives, and feature development from planning through execution. Success requires strong cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans.
