Job Summary
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the crucial gap between business needs and technical solutions for a partner company, posted by Jobgether. Key Accountabilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and support troubleshooting.
- Investigate logs to diagnose system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Support and monitor system integrations to ensure reliable data exchange.
- Perform impact analysis for proposed system changes.
- Validate system behavior during incident response and defect resolution.
- Document workflows, data mappings, and operational procedures.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Support production releases and respond to post-deployment issues.
- Proactively identify recurring system issues and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile-related certifications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
- Experience with JIRA and SharePoint.
- Strong data analysis skills with SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and backend processes.
- Preferred experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Ability to translate technical concepts to business-friendly language.
- Availability to work outside of core business hours as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
