Senior Technical Lead - Agentic AI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Lead - Agentic AI based in India.

This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity focused on building production-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
You will own architecture, technical direction, and delivery from early experimentation through enterprise-scale deployment.
The role involves designing LLM-powered agents, RAG architectures, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent AI applications.
You will combine deep engineering expertise with leadership, mentoring AI/ML and backend engineers while remaining close to complex technical challenges.
You will collaborate with Product, Data, Platform, Security, and Compliance teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
The position offers the opportunity to shape GenAI engineering standards, AI roadmaps, and scalable cloud-native platforms in a remote environment.
