Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation journey for merchants and partners across North America.
- Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders, focusing on integration strategy and risk management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, translating their business objectives into precise technical requirements.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure timely launches and resolve any integration roadblocks.
- Manage multiple concurrent integrations, meticulously tracking milestones and ensuring smooth ramp-ups.
- Diagnose and resolve API and payment-related issues, collaborating with both internal and external parties.
- Continuously improve implementation processes and documentation to elevate delivery quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation/Integration Engineering, or a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services (JSON, XML; SOAP experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in web fundamentals, including HTTP, authentication concepts, and debugging client/server flows.
- Working knowledge of at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java).
- Exposure to databases and infrastructure, specifically SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential.
