Technical Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in Switzerland.

This is a customer-facing technical role supporting manufacturers as they adopt modern digital and AI-enabled technologies.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers turn platform capabilities into measurable operational improvements.
The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on guidance across architecture, integrations, advanced use cases, and technical enablement.
You will work closely with customer stakeholders ranging from app builders to IT and Operations leaders.
Internally, you will collaborate across Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams.
