Tech Lead /Sr. Principal Engineer

This is a high-impact technical leadership role within an emerging technologies and incubation environment focused on building what comes next. You will combine hands-on engineering with rapid experimentation, architectural leadership, and advanced AI development. The role involves turning ambitious product concepts into high-stakes prototypes and, where appropriate, production-ready solutions. You will work across disciplines to explore AI, machine learning, agentic systems, and other frontier technologies. Success requires exceptional autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to make sound technical decisions at speed. You will also mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and communicate complex ideas to technical and executive audiences.
