This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and expand a transaction-focused tax diligence practice within a growing advisory environment.
You will shape the strategic direction of tax diligence services while advising sophisticated clients throughout complex transactions.
The role combines technical tax expertise with significant responsibility for business development, client relationships, and practice growth.
You will advise private equity firms, strategic buyers, family offices, and other transaction stakeholders on tax risks, opportunities, and structuring considerations.
The position offers broad exposure to M&A activity, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact engagements in a fast-paced environment.
You will also build and develop a high-performing team while helping establish scalable processes and integrated transaction solutions.
