Support Engineer (Platform, SRE)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Support Engineer (Platform, SRE) based in Brazil.

This is a remote opportunity for a technically curious Support Engineer to help maintain the stability and reliability of cloud and core platform environments. You will investigate complex production issues across infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and platform services. Working closely with Engineering teams, you will serve as a technical bridge between clients, technical account stakeholders, and internal engineering functions. The role combines troubleshooting, incident support, system analysis, and operational improvement. You will also contribute to automation, internal tooling, and emerging AI-driven solutions that make support more efficient.
