Support Engineer

This role is ideal for a technically skilled support professional who enjoys solving operational challenges and keeping critical enterprise systems running reliably. You will provide day-to-day production support for an Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), handling incidents, service requests, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The position combines hands-on technical problem-solving with proactive monitoring and system improvement. You will work across data integration, databases, analytics connectivity, and system monitoring technologies. Your work will help ensure platform stability, minimize disruptions, and maintain dependable business operations.
