Senior State Tax Analyst

This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing complex state income and franchise tax matters within a global healthcare environment. You will oversee tax compliance activities, controversy matters, and quarterly and annual tax accounting processes. The role combines technical tax expertise with financial analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams, external advisors, auditors, and governmental authorities. Your insights will help senior tax leadership understand risks, opportunities, and the financial impact of strategic business decisions. The position also provides exposure to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tax legislation, and enterprise-wide tax projects. This is a fully remote role suited to a detail-oriented tax professional who thrives in a complex, multinational organization.
