About the Role
The Staff Product Manager, Earnings will lead the strategic vision and execution of the earnings ecosystem at Super.com. You will drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization while mentoring cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi-quarter strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Own user and business outcomes such as retention and conversion.
- Design trust-first experiences to optimize onboarding and payout speed.
- Expand earning opportunities segmented by persona.
- Lead experimentation, data analysis, and A/B testing processes.
- Collaborate with fraud, data science, acquisition, and other teams.
- Mentor and provide leadership to product managers and team members.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in growth, consumer fintech, marketplaces, or subscriptions.
- Proven track record in building and scaling 0→1 products.
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency with tools like Amplitude or Looker.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior product managers.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make effective trade-offs.
- Bonus: Experience in scaling B2C earnings or rewards platforms, subscription ecosystems, fraud prevention, or supply quality.
