Senior Specialist, Global ICSR Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Specialist, Global ICSR Management based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced pharmacovigilance professional supporting global individual case safety report (ICSR) management.
The role covers end-to-end activities including case triage, processing, quality control, and safety data reconciliation.
You will help ensure that safety information is complete, accurate, compliant, and submitted within required regulatory timelines.
The position offers exposure to cases from clinical trials, post-market sources, literature, and other reporting channels.
You will work across global regulatory requirements and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and CRO partners.
The role also provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements, decision-making, and team training.
