Specialist, Applications Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Specialist, Applications Development based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and support business-critical backend services and EDI integration solutions in a technology-focused environment. You will work extensively with IBM ITX/WTX technologies to design, enhance, and maintain reliable integration services. The position combines hands-on development with requirements analysis, solution design, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver effective integration solutions. The role also provides exposure to Linux environments, CI/CD practices, B2Bi integrations, and modern API and cloud technologies. You will contribute to continuous improvement while helping ensure applications remain secure, scalable, and resilient.
