As a Software Technical Lead, you will provide technical direction for teams building complex, mission-critical enterprise applications. You’ll combine hands-on Java development with architecture, engineering leadership, and AI-driven innovation. The role spans full-stack application design, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI capabilities. You’ll mentor engineers, establish strong technical practices, and help teams deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. You’ll also work closely with product, data, AI, and client stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective technical strategies.
