This role is designed for a senior, hands-on social media leader who can turn strategic priorities into measurable growth initiatives.
You will help expand social-first brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X while identifying new audiences, formats, and opportunities.
The position combines social strategy, project ownership, content development, performance analysis, and operational execution.
You will work cross-functionally with publishing, brand, and video teams to move projects from concept through launch, optimization, and scale.
A key focus will be developing platform-native strategies rather than simply repurposing content across channels.
You will also create repeatable systems, testing frameworks, and processes that help successful ideas scale across brands and platforms.
