SMB Client Engagement Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SMB Client Engagement Specialist based in United States.

This role is focused on strengthening engagement, retention, and revenue growth across a broad portfolio of small- to medium-sized business clients.
You will act as a virtual relationship manager, delivering proactive, consultative communications throughout the client lifecycle.
The position combines relationship management with data-driven engagement programs, CRM automation, digital communications, and targeted outreach.
You will use tools such as Salesforce and Power BI to identify adoption trends, client needs, satisfaction drivers, and expansion opportunities.
Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Service, and Operations, you will help create a seamless and consistent client experience.
The role offers an opportunity to influence scalable client engagement strategies while improving self-service capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
This is a remote, full-time position operating Monday through Friday, with minimal travel as business needs require.
