Site Development & Facilities, Project Manager

This remote role offers the opportunity to lead site development and facilities initiatives across a growing national clinical research network.
You’ll own projects spanning new site builds, expansions, relocations, real estate, facilities operations, and infrastructure planning.
As the central point of accountability, you’ll coordinate internal teams, site leaders, vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.
You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving, ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant, efficient, and operational.
The role combines project management, real estate, vendor management, budgeting, risk assessment, and business continuity responsibilities.
You’ll have significant visibility across Operations, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and leadership while helping establish scalable standards and processes.
