Overview

Budderfly, via Jobgether, is seeking a Service Excellence HVAC/R Lead Technician in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will ensure the reliable and efficient operation of high-performance HVAC systems across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC/R systems.
• Perform commissioning checks and mechanical inspections.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergency service calls including nights and weekends.
• Keep detailed logs in the work order system.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Support customers with technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC/R service technician experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience with HVAC controls; Lennox Core and Carrier SystemVu knowledge is a plus.
• Strong capability in identifying control and mechanical issues proactivity.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work weekends and be on-call.
