Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of RxVantage in the United States. The role offers a senior-level opportunity to design, develop, and scale critical software systems across product and data domains. You will take technical ownership of complex initiatives from backend systems and APIs to full-stack applications and data pipelines.
Accountabilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Lead full-stack development projects across applications and data workflows.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Build or integrate internal tools for data quality and operations.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to translate requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies for performance improvement.
- Promote code quality, automated testing, and documentation standards.
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of engineering experience in full-stack and backend development.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Experience designing and scaling production GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Solid background in data modeling with PostgreSQL.
- Comfortable with production-grade ETL processes using Node.js, Python, or SQL.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of architectural principles, TDD, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in startup or scaling environments, preferably healthcare-related.
- Bonus: Experience in admin/internal platforms, data observability, machine learning pipelines, BI tools, or mobile frameworks.
