Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Jobgether (on behalf of a partner company)

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service across various customer interactions. This position involves monitoring calls, providing valuable insights, and significantly impacting patient and provider experiences through meticulous evaluation and service improvement projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Review incoming and/or outgoing patient, provider, and client contacts, evaluating performance against standard criteria.
  • Provide leadership support to Quality Representatives and Business Partners/Customers, even in a remote setting.
  • Analyze and present weekly/monthly trend analysis to management staff.
  • Participate in or lead projects aimed at driving quality improvements and/or expanding services.
  • Host internal and external client calibration sessions to ensure alignment.
  • Perform additional duties, including taking phone calls and attending necessary training.

Requirements for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 8 – 11 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 2 – 5 years of relevant experience, or an MA/MS degree.
  • General PC knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet navigation, and email.
  • Strong background in customer service and quality assurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong prioritization and analytical skills to manage diverse tasks and data.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
