Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide regular status reporting to leadership on milestones and resource allocation.
  • Foster collaboration across technology, marketing, curriculum development, and external partners.
  • Implement process improvements, tools, and templates to enhance delivery.
  • Mentor project teams and promote accountability and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within scope.
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
