About the Senior Product Manager Role

In this role, you will lead the vision, planning, and execution of innovative digital products designed to transform the online consumer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and pain points.
- Translate customer and business requirements into actionable epics, user stories, and clear product roadmaps.
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog for sprint planning and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality product releases.
- Manage release milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data for future product decisions.
- Serve as a product evangelist, communicating vision and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS environments.
- Proven success in developing and executing product strategies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A solid understanding of technology and software development processes.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- A customer-focused and data-driven approach.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required.
- Experience in automotive, powersports, or dealership-related software platforms is a plus.
