About the Role: Senior Legal Counsel
Jobgether is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel on behalf of a partner company. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in managing and advising on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, and governance matters across key regions including the UK, EMEA, and AMERS. Your expert insights will directly support various internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and adeptly navigating complex legal landscapes. Key Accountabilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Advise various departments on legal matters within the UK and EMEA.
- Manage and resolve commercial and contractual disputes across regions.
- Oversee real property interests in relevant markets.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide actionable guidance.
- Offer company secretarial support in various jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent) and relevant legal qualification.
- Minimum 6 years PQE in a reputable law firm or global corporation.
- Strong understanding of corporate and contracts law.
- High energy self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about technology and SaaS.
- Experience in fast-paced scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with AI technologies to enhance legal operations.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
