Job Opportunity: Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview
In this role, you will work across the full software stack, developing both user-facing features and backend systems that support complex workflows. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create scalable and performant solutions with real-world impact.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop scalable, high-performance features for climate tech platforms.
- Translate complex requirements into clean, modular code.
- Lead architectural discussions and system design decisions.
- Participate in DevOps practices including CI/CD workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and coordinate development initiatives.
Skill Requirements
Applicants should have 5+ years of professional experience building production-ready web applications. A strong understanding of software architecture, development workflows (Git, code reviews), and collaborative development practices is essential. Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus.
Technical Focus Areas
Frontend Focus: Expertise in React (or similar frameworks), HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript combined with a working knowledge of backend technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL.
Backend Focus: Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL paired with working knowledge of frontend technologies like React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Bonus Skills
Docker, Gradle, Kubernetes, Azure, PostgreSQL, cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and testing culture.
