Key Responsibilities (Accountabilities)

• Lead the architectural design for Voice AI and Agentic Agent platforms.
• Define best practices and technical standards for end-to-end Voice AI systems.
• Implement real-time conversational workflows utilizing LLMs and NLMs.
• Architect API-first and event-driven integrations across various platforms.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards in Voice AI workflows.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams in advanced AI system design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and automation.
• Hands-on expertise in Voice AI technologies including LLMs, STT, and TTS.
• Strong background in API architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficient with programming in Python or modern backend languages.
• Experience with CCaaS platforms (Five9, Genesys, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
