Senior AI Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to join a partner company, specializing in developing and deploying scalable AI solutions. This role focuses on leveraging advanced machine learning frameworks and cloud technologies to create innovative AI applications. You will be instrumental in optimizing performance, handling data efficiently, and integrating AI capabilities into various cross-functional projects, ensuring secure and reliable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Systems, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision.
• Integrate and utilize pre-trained AI models, including those available in AWS Bedrock.
• Design and develop robust RESTful APIs for AI model deployment using Flask or FastAPI.
• Implement and maintain a scalable microservices architecture for AI-based applications.
• Deploy AI solutions on AWS Bedrock and seamlessly integrate with other AWS services.
• Design, query, and optimize both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and other engineers to ensure the smooth integration of AI functionalities into broader applications.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development with a strong emphasis on AI/Machine Learning.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Extensive hands-on experience with neural networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and computer vision techniques.
• Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs using popular frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), functional programming paradigms, and microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with various AWS services and cloud infrastructure deployment.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong command of database management systems, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
