This is an opportunity for a Financial Crime Compliance professional to play a key role in strengthening sanctions risk management within a complex, globally operating digital-asset environment. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing practical guidance on sanctions risks, controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The role combines regulatory monitoring, risk assessment, advisory support, and stakeholder engagement across functions and geographies. You will help translate regulatory developments into meaningful policy and control improvements while challenging processes where risks or gaps are identified. Working closely with senior compliance leaders and business stakeholders, you will support the investigation, mitigation, and remediation of sanctions-related issues. The position offers exposure to a fast-moving environment where sound judgment, analytical thinking, and decisive execution are highly valued.
