Salesforce Technical Lead

This is a senior technical leadership role focused on designing, developing, and evolving enterprise Salesforce solutions at global scale.
You will translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and resilient technical architectures.
The role combines hands-on Salesforce expertise with technical leadership, delivery governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, technical leaders, and stakeholders to shape solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
A key focus will be strengthening deployment practices, automation, service resilience, security, and continuous improvement.
You will also mentor technical talent and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture built around knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
