Senior RFP Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior RFP Analyst based in the Canada .

This role is responsible for coordinating and scaling RFP, RFI, and DDQ response operations in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
You will manage live proposal projects from intake through submission, keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring responses are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Working across Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Marketing, and other teams, you will bring structure and accountability to complex workflows.
You will also help maintain and improve the organization's centralized proposal content library, ensuring information remains current, consistent, and easy to reuse.
The role offers an opportunity to streamline processes, identify automation opportunities, and explore practical applications of AI to improve efficiency.
Success will require exceptional organization, clear communication, strong writing skills, and the confidence to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
