This role serves as a senior subject matter expert in retirement plan consulting, supporting advisors, clients, and internal teams with sophisticated technical guidance.
You will provide expertise across qualified retirement plans, ERISA requirements, fiduciary governance, plan design, and regulatory compliance.
The position combines client advisory work with strategic projects, thought leadership, prospect support, and team-level initiatives.
You will translate complex retirement and regulatory topics into clear, practical recommendations for audiences at all levels.
The role also offers opportunities to influence plan design decisions through benchmarking, cost analysis, and peer comparisons.
You will collaborate with auditors, ERISA counsel, actuaries, advisors, and other industry professionals to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
