Resource Operations Analyst Assistant

This role supports a mission-critical Department of Defense program focused on strengthening financial auditability and global transportation logistics.
You will work at the intersection of workforce planning, program operations, recruiting, compliance, and resource management.
The position partners closely with program leadership to ensure teams are appropriately staffed, onboarded, supported, and aligned with operational priorities.
You’ll use workforce data and reporting to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
The role also involves coordinating sensitive onboarding and clearance processes in a highly regulated environment.
With opportunities to exercise judgment and ownership, you’ll contribute directly to the readiness and effectiveness of a high-visibility program.
