The Residual Fertility Operations Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of a complex customer-facing program, from signed agreement through final reporting and invoice readiness.
This role serves as the central operational coordinator across sales, customers, field resources, technical teams, quality control, reporting, and finance.
You will create visibility across active work, establish clear priorities, and proactively address risks before they affect customer commitments.
