About the Remote Project Manager Role

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a partner company in the Cybersecurity sector. This remote role involves managing multiple complex projects, ensuring execution aligns with best practices and client standards. You will be instrumental in project planning, monitoring, and successful completion, contributing directly to client success through your expertise in project management tools and methodologies. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables, bridging the gap between technology and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Learn and utilize internal systems such as ServiceNow PPM, AS9, and SailPoint.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and required resources.
• Create and maintain Stakeholder Register and Analysis Document.
• Ensure thorough stakeholder review and buy-in for all project deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive Project Plans using Microsoft Project (P6 acceptable), including tasks, durations, predecessors, successors, and resources.
• Monitor daily project activities, including subcontractor oversight.
• Generate, manage, and distribute essential project artifacts like charters, schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
• Plan and lead effective status review meetings involving internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Create and execute Organization Change Management plans.
• Communicate routinely with management, business units, project teams, and other stakeholders, actively addressing feedback.
• Establish and track key project metrics.
• Manage the Risk Register and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and drive resolutions for technical and operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to all change management processes.

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Project Manager, candidates should possess:

• At least five years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability in dynamic situations.
• Excellent communication skills effective at all organizational levels.
