Accountabilities

• Own and drive data strategy for all data generated and used in business operations.
• Translate business needs into data needs and drive data architecture within system design efforts.
• Design, develop, and maintain a canonical data model in support of business operations.
• Identify and implement Master Data Management (MDM) principles and solutions.
• Partner closely with teams to ensure data alignment and maximize operational value.
• Lead data governance and establish best practices for data quality and compliance.
• Mentor team members and promote data awareness within the organization.
• Select and implement tools to support the data strategy.
• Oversee the mapping of data sources and ensure data quality.
• Address data-related problems in systems integration and compatibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience building data models and performing complex queries.
• Experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) practices and solutions.
• Experience with product management and Agile delivery methodology.
• Familiarity with tools such as Aha!, Clarity, and Jira.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise financial systems.
