Recruiter - Business (Contract)

As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling a high-growth technology organization’s Go-To-Market teams across North America. You will own full-cycle recruitment for positions spanning sales, business development, partnerships, account management, sales engineering, integrations, and related functions. Working closely with hiring managers and talent leadership, you will shape hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and provide valuable market insights. The role combines proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven recruiting. You will have significant ownership over the candidate journey, ensuring every interaction is professional, transparent, and respectful.
