Senior GTM Recruiter (Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter (Contract) based in Canada.

This is a high-impact contract opportunity for an experienced recruiter specializing in go-to-market hiring within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
You will own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Working closely with senior executives and hiring leaders, you will build targeted pipelines and attract high-performing talent in competitive markets.
The role combines strategic stakeholder partnership with hands-on sourcing, candidate assessment, ATS management, and offer execution.
You will bring deep knowledge of B2B sales motions and recruiting metrics to identify candidates with strong commercial track records.
As a senior individual contributor, you will be expected to operate independently, move quickly, and manage multiple hiring priorities with minimal ramp-up time.
