Project Manager - RWA

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager - RWA based in the United States.

This role will lead critical Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) initiatives and regulatory capital projects within a banking environment.
You will oversee complex, cross-functional programs spanning Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting.
The position will play a key role in supporting Basel III/IV implementation and regulatory remediation efforts.
You will drive project execution across data, processes, technology, and capital reporting capabilities.
Success will require strong project governance, proactive risk management, and effective stakeholder communication.
You will also prepare executive-level reporting and help ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned with regulatory expectations.
This is a fully remote opportunity with significant visibility across key banking functions.
