Production Strategist, Production

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Production Strategist, Production based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to transform how enterprise localization programs are delivered through AI-powered production strategies.
You’ll work directly with major customers to understand their needs and translate them into measurable service levels, efficient workflows, and scalable solutions.
The position combines customer partnership, production operations, process optimization, automation, and strategic problem-solving.
You’ll lead complex onboarding initiatives and develop intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort while improving quality and delivery performance.
A major focus will be identifying opportunities to deploy AI agents across multi-step production processes and eliminate operational waste.
You’ll also oversee account health, customer SLAs, financial performance, and other critical KPIs through data-driven monitoring and reporting.
