Product Training Specialist

This role is responsible for helping employees and customers build confidence and expertise with a technology platform designed to transform mortgage lending operations.
You will play a key role in driving product adoption throughout customer implementations by creating engaging, practical, and role-specific learning experiences.
The position combines instructional design, technical product training, customer enablement, and program coordination.
You will work closely with Product and Implementation teams to translate complex functionality into clear and accessible learning content.
Your work will span e-learning, videos, webinars, group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and internal training programs.
You will also use learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness and engagement.
