About the Role: Product Operations Specialist

Jobgether is seeking a dedicated Product Operations Specialist on behalf of a partner company. In this critical support role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and various business teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure our internally developed tools are well-understood and functioning optimally, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of product operations.

This role involves translating user feedback into actionable insights and investigating product issues to facilitate faster resolutions and informed decision-making. Accountabilities

  • Work closely with Product, QA, and Release teams to stay informed on existing, new, and upcoming features of internally developed tools and applications.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on internal products, workflows, and system behavior.
  • Provide hands-on support and training for internal applications to user groups including various teams.
  • Triage incoming product issues by gathering business context, user feedback, and system details.
  • Investigate logs and system behavior to understand impact, root cause, and scope.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to clarify expected versus actual behavior.
  • Produce concise, high-quality investigation summaries for bug ticketing to support prioritization.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams ensuring clear communications.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in product operations, tech customer support, or similar roles.
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong systems thinking across interconnected tools, platforms, and workflows.
  • Ability to read logs and work through technical details such as APIs and integrations.
  • Experience with scripting or technical formats such as SQL, JSON, or Bash.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex issues into actionable insights.
  • Clear, structured written communicator capable of distilling complexity into decisions.
