About Product Manager

This role is ideal for a motivated product professional eager to contribute to a data-driven healthcare platform that is transforming the specialty biopharmaceutical industry.
You will support the development and enhancement of innovative digital tools that improve patient access and outcomes while gaining hands-on experience in product management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help translate user needs into actionable insights, refine product features, and support the agile development lifecycle. Accountabilities
- Support the execution of product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Assist in conducting user research, gathering stakeholder feedback, and developing design mockups.
- Participate in agile processes, including defining and organizing user stories for the development team.
- Contribute to the creation of product requirement documents and related artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, testing dashboards, reports, and other engineering outputs.
- Track and analyze key product metrics and gather user feedback to inform improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or related discipline. 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise or B2B customer-facing products; startup experience is a plus. Interest in healthcare technology, digital health, or the biopharmaceutical industry is essential. Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, is required.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, and opportunities for professional growth.
