Overview

Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of Branch for a Product Manager, Support & Safety in the United States. This role focuses on designing and overseeing products that protect users, enhance security, and ensure regulatory compliance across financial services platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for support and safety features including fraud prevention and recovery journeys.
  • Prioritize investments considering risk, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver secure, intuitive features.
  • Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or risk/security domains.
  • Experience with fraud prevention, transaction risk, or compliance systems.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and user protection standards (e.g., Reg E, AML/KYC).
  • Data-savvy with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred exposure to fraud detection tools and digital identity platforms.
