Product Manager - Internal Data Processing & Automation
This role offers the opportunity to lead the optimization and automation of internal data processing pipelines critical to operational efficiency and data quality. You will manage the full product lifecycle for tools responsible for capturing, processing, matching, and tagging large volumes of advertising data across multiple platforms. Leveraging Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs), you will drive automation, enhance accuracy, and reduce manual workloads.
Accountabilities
- Define and own the roadmap for internal data processing and automation tools.
- Translate complex workflows into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Operations in an Agile environment.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product release execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize workflows based on insights.
- Support internal documentation and training for newly automated systems.
Candidate Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS or data-centric companies.
- Proven experience shipping products that deliver measurable process improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to ML, LLM concepts, and product analytics tools like Pendo and Mixpanel is a plus.
- Understanding of advertising, media, or martech ecosystems is beneficial.
