Senior Product Manager, Internal AI & Automation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Internal AI & Automation based in the United States.

This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role focused on building an internal AI and automation function from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, People, and other business functions to uncover high-value opportunities.
You’ll turn ambiguous operational challenges into practical AI-powered products, rapidly moving from discovery to working V1s.
The role combines product strategy, hands-on prototyping, workflow redesign, and measurable adoption.
You’ll partner closely with an AI Operations Engineer to evolve successful prototypes into reliable, scalable tools.
With direct visibility to senior product and technology leadership, you’ll have significant influence over priorities, roadmap, and operating model.
