Product Manager Especialista

This is a senior product leadership opportunity supporting a strategic innovation initiative focused on Artificial Intelligence and conversational experiences.
You will lead product evolution end-to-end, translating strategic objectives into clear priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
Working across Product, UX, Technology, Data, and AI teams, you will connect multidisciplinary squads and ensure everyone is aligned around the same goals.
The role combines product strategy with hands-on delivery management, including roadmap, backlog, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
You will operate in a fast-paced environment characterized by complexity and ambiguity, bringing structure to challenging problems and driving decisions forward.
Strong stakeholder management will be essential as you engage with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external strategic partners.
